In short: we need your separate opt-in to send you marketing messages. Without it you receive only service-critical notices (order status, security, changes to agreements). You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge.
1. Amaç ve İsteğe BağlılıkPurpose and Optional Nature
Bu sözleşme, [Ticari unvan] ("Gulet Alışveriş") tarafından gönderilecek tanıtım, kampanya, sezon duyurusu, yeni özellik bilgilendirmesi ve anket gibi ticari elektronik iletilere ilişkin açık rızanızın kapsamını düzenler.
Pazarlama izni vermek zorunlu değildir. İzin vermemeniz veya izninizi geri çekmeniz hâlinde Platform'u kullanmaya aynı koşullarla devam edersiniz; hizmet kalitesinde herhangi bir fark oluşmaz.
This agreement sets out the scope of your explicit consent to commercial electronic messages sent by [Legal entity] ("Gulet Alışveriş"), such as promotions, campaigns, seasonal announcements, new-feature updates and surveys.
Granting marketing permission is not mandatory. If you do not opt in, or later withdraw, you continue to use the Platform on exactly the same terms with no difference in service quality.
2. Onayın Kapsamı ve KanallarScope of Consent and Channels
Onay vermeniz hâlinde aşağıdaki kanallardan iletişim kurulabilir:
- E-posta — kampanya, sezon hazırlığı, ürün/özellik duyuruları;
- SMS / kısa mesaj — kısa duyurular ve hatırlatmalar;
- Telefon araması — yalnızca kurumsal iş birliği ve tedarikçi teklifleri için.
İletiler; ürün tanıtımı, sezon kampanyaları, iş ortağı tedarikçilere ilişkin duyurular ve memnuniyet anketleri içerebilir.
If you opt in, we may contact you through the following channels:
- Email — campaigns, season preparation, product/feature announcements;
- SMS — short announcements and reminders;
- Telephone — for corporate partnership and supplier proposals only.
Messages may include product information, seasonal campaigns, announcements about partner suppliers, and satisfaction surveys.
3. Bu Kapsamda İşlenen VerilerData Processed for This Purpose
- Ad-soyad ve/veya işletme (tekne) adı;
- E-posta adresi, telefon numarası;
- İzin kaydı: onayın tarihi, saati, kanalı ve onay metninin sürümü (mevzuat gereği ispat amacıyla).
- name and/or business (vessel) name;
- email address and phone number;
- consent record: date, time, channel and the version of the consent text (kept as legally required proof).

Legal basis: KVKK Art.5/1 explicit consent; GDPR Art.6(1)(a) consent.
4. Uygulanacak Mevzuat ve İYSApplicable Legislation and IYS
Ticari elektronik iletiler; 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik'e uygun olarak gönderilir. Onaylarınız, mevzuatın gerektirdiği ölçüde İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS)'ne kaydedilir; İYS üzerinden de izin durumunuzu görüntüleyebilir ve değiştirebilirsiniz.
Avrupa Birliği'nde bulunan alıcılar bakımından GDPR ve ePrivacy düzenlemeleri uygulanır; iletiler yalnızca açık rıza ile gönderilir.
Commercial electronic messages are sent in compliance with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its implementing regulation on commercial communication. Where required, your consents are registered with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS), where you can also view and change your permission status.
For recipients in the European Union, GDPR and ePrivacy rules apply, and messages are sent only with explicit consent.
5. Onayın Geri Alınması (Çıkış Hakkı)Withdrawing Consent (Opt-Out)
İzninizi dilediğiniz an, gerekçe göstermeksizin ve ücretsiz olarak geri çekebilirsiniz:
- Her e-postanın altındaki "Listeden çık / Abonelikten ayrıl" bağlantısına tıklayarak;
- SMS'lerde belirtilen ret yöntemini kullanarak;
- info@guletalisveris.com adresine "pazarlama iznimi geri çekiyorum" yazarak;
- İYS üzerinden izin durumunuzu kapatarak.
Talebiniz en geç 3 iş günü içinde işleme alınır. Geri çekme, o tarihe kadar gerçekleştirilmiş işlemelerin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez. Geri çekmenizden sonra da hizmetin işleyişine dair zorunlu bildirimler gönderilmeye devam eder (bunlar pazarlama iletisi değildir).
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
- by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email;
- by using the opt-out method stated in the SMS;
- by writing "I withdraw my marketing consent" to info@guletalisveris.com;
- by switching off your permission in İYS.
Your request is actioned within 3 business days. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that date. Service-critical notices continue after withdrawal (these are not marketing messages).
6. Üçüncü Taraflarla PaylaşımSharing with Third Parties
Pazarlama amacıyla toplanan iletişim bilgileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve reklam ağlarıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca iletinin teknik olarak gönderilebilmesi için e-posta/SMS gönderim sağlayıcısı gibi hizmet sağlayıcılarla, sözleşmeye dayalı ve sınırlı şekilde paylaşılabilir. Kullanılan tüm altyapılar Gizlilik Sözleşmesi'nde listelenmiştir.
İş ortağı tedarikçilere ilişkin duyurular tarafımızca gönderilir; iletişim bilgileriniz bu iş ortaklarına aktarılmaz.
Contact details collected for marketing are never sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks. They may be shared only with service providers strictly needed to deliver the message (such as an email/SMS delivery provider), under contract and on a limited basis. All infrastructure in use is listed in the Privacy Agreement.
Announcements about partner suppliers are sent by us; your contact details are not transferred to those partners.
7. Saklama SüresiRetention
Pazarlama izniniz, geri çekilene kadar geçerlidir. İzin ve ret kayıtları, ispat yükümlülüğü nedeniyle iznin sona ermesinden itibaren 3 yıl saklanır (6563 sayılı Kanun kapsamındaki kayıt tutma yükümlülüğü çerçevesinde).
Your marketing consent remains valid until withdrawn. Consent and opt-out records are kept for 3 years after the consent ends, to meet the applicable burden-of-proof and record-keeping obligations under Law No. 6563.
8. HaklarınızYour Rights
